“I brought my Subaru to Fox as I had bought the Vehicle there and had extended warranty. My car had died on the side of the road Due to a battery issue, I contacted Fox and staff is very helpful, checked into my warranty and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me immediately. Service staff was very helpful and transparent in the issues, and gave additional help in working with Subaru to ensure the warranty on the battery was honored. The staff there was very courteous and helpful, Which was a Welcome change in comparison to almost any other businesses I deal with nowadays.”
