The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate on the first visit, but everything else is great! Always clean, staff always helpful, always fully stocked with supplies. I am pretty sure the gal who helped me last time was named Makayla; she was absolutely wonderful!

If I could give zero stars for this post office and that is what I would give twice now I have ordered a package and the driver of the mail truck neglects to get out of her vehicle because she's so lazy to bring my package to my door she brings it back to the post office and then it becomes my responsibility to go get it even though I paid a shipping fee this is uncalled for and something needs to be done about it tell your lazy drivers to do their job or to quit their job because nobody's making them do it I contacted the local post office and the supervisor I spoke with justified why her driver didn't do her job instead of getting the driver in trouble and holding her responsible for her responsibilities

I recently moved and had a patch for a hiking challenge sent to my new address. The mailbox isn’t marked with my name or apartment number but the mail for my apartment is always placed in it without issue.I have informed delivery and saw my patch was supposed to arrive as they notified me with a picture of it. It wasn’t placed in my mailbox.No clue where it went but now three weeks later it still has yet to appear. I left a note in my mailbox saying it’s for my apartment and it’s myself and my boyfriend in it.The mail person responded by writing on it saying to label the mailbox itself. Never was an issue before nor is it my responsibility since I’m in an apartment building and management is the ones to handle that.Not professional and upsetting as the letter misplaced had an achievement award in it.

Never had a bad experience at the Auburn post office. Occasionally have to wait in line, but employees are always polite.

THIS IS NOT FOR JUST JAMES ST, THIS IS FOR THE US POSTAL SERVICE IN GENERAL.THEY HIDE BEHIND THE PHONE AND ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THE WORK THAT THEY ARE OVERPAID TO DO.YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE.I PAID OVER $130.00 FOR A MONEY ORDER AND OVER $12.00 TO TRACE IT.GOT A LETTER FROM THEM ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF LATER PROMISING A REFUND. NEVER GOT IT.ALSO CALLED AND A COMPUTER VOICE VERIFIED IT HAD BEEN REFUNDED. WHERE IS IT?THAT IS THEFT.CONTACTED THE OIG ABOUT IT.THEY WON'T HELP ME EITHER AND ARE JUST AS BAD.SO THAT'S IT.IT IS REALLY A SHAME WHEN EVEN THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH MONEY OR HONESTY.
