I never picked my phone up and instead of cancelling my order they continue to charge me and claim that I did pick it up MONEY HUNGRY STORE BEWARE !!!!

Meghan. Manager at Verizon auburn, was not helpful in adressing an account situation. She said multiple times what we asked was above her pay grade. Poor service as a manger.

Worst store ever! Extremely rude and unhelpful sales person. Order was placed online 2x and she continued to have major attitude. Complained to corporate but I'm sure it will just get swept away. One star is very generous of me!

We were helped by Willie at this location and he was trying his best to help us out. There was a problem with our order and pickup that wasn't a fault of this location but I think corporate, and it ended up that it took us 3+ hours to transfer our lines, but he tried his best to speed up the process and make it as simple as possible.

We showed up around 530PM on 11/25/22. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and as helpful a she could be. She asked another worker a question because she didn't know the answer. No big deal, however the person she asked was very rude and basically said it's not her problem. She can see you next Tuesday. We waited for assistance for about 30min while we delt with the account issue because that's "our problem". We got the account straightened out and continued to wait for assistance getting a new phone. Decided that my frustration with the store wasn't worth buying a new phone. I'll buy an unlocked phone online. I worked retail for 10 years and understand that there will be a wait on black Friday. The attitude was totally unnecessary twords both me and the other worker that helped us.

Good friendly service, the wait is a little long. As i had them do a transfer ended up being 4 hrs. I guess i should of done that myself, but there were issues trying to transfer things over.
