I had a bad toothache that I finally got a chance to get seen for at the urgent care tonight. I waited there for a total of an hour and a half. My regular pharmacy was already closed so I asked them to call it into Walmart since it was the only one still open. I went straight to Walmart pharmacy and let the technician and pharmacist know they would be getting an amoxicillin Rx for me momentarily. They said they just refreshed their computers and they didn't see it and won't have time to fill it and to come back tomorrow....even though they were still open for another 10 mins. I have worked in the pharmacy field for over 10 years and would never brush off a customer with a simple antibiotic Rx especially since they weren't closed yet. Also because it's not like I waited all day to come pick up a maintenance med. The lack of customer service by tech and pharmacist tonight reminded me why I don't use them as my regular pharmacy.

So I flew in from my hometown in Idaho and tried to transfer a medication to this Walmart, since we couldn’t pick it up before we flew out at home. Moriah at the desk says they have to call from my hometown. Our hometown pharmacist says no, it will be in your profile they can just pull it off of there. Finally we called back to our hometown pharmacy the second time had them on on the phone standing in front of them, and she refused to talk to them. Finally after a big ordeal they said they would get it ordered in the next day. They never did even call our hometown pharmacist, we stood there and watched. She appeared not to be willing to help anyone even the people coming to the counter to pay for a couple items. Just saying, not the kind of service for an older person.you’d expect in America.

Went to get emergency muscle relaxer because I threw my back out, called pharmacy at 330 said all set will be ready in 20 30 mins... at 3:58get to the counter and they couldnt fill them because they claimed dr didn't tell them how much. Called Dr office they said have her call them, she said in a few mins. She called and was like oh they are closed. So at 410pm, go stand back in line , and waited for the rest. She was like I called them when I got it. I told her no you didn't that's a lie I called at 330 and they said I was all set.so now can not move in pain for AN EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION, BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO THIER JOB!Thanks Lori

They never have prescriptions ready when you need them and make you wait hours for them. Just a sales tactic to get you to keep shopping.

Worst pharmacy and customer service !! I have only had 3 pharmacies in my life and these people are clueless. How many times can they screw your medication prescriptions up???? Switching back to Walgreens now! They have 1 poor girl that has to wait on a mile long line of unhappy customers!! The other girls should really think about their choice of make up and think about the way they treat customers! Done with that unprofessional pharmacy and very unprofessional pharmacist want to be . No idea how to dress for retail. I would not want them touching my medication ! I am expecting a call from your district office!

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever used!!! They arw out of stock just about every week!!! I am not a complainer as i have workes in customer service my whole life, however its not just once in a while thos litetally happens every week to me at the Auburn location! Very very frustrating, changing pharmacys in the morning. If its a med you really need stay clear!!!!

today I went to the pharmacy on my third attempt to pick up the same script. I was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. After I waited forty minutes, a pharmacist comes and tells me they didn't even have in stock and wouldn't til Tuesday. It took you forty minutes to figure that out? You've got to be kidding me. Because I was waiting and waiting on this script they couldn't fill, I didn't have time to contact my doctors office before they closed and have them send the script to another pharmacy. So now I won't get this script filled until Monday at the very earliest. That's almost a full week waiting on a prescription. I could have gotten it tonight if it didn't take them a full forty minutes to realize they didn't have it. Waste of my time. Waste of my energy. And I still don't have the medicine that I kind of desperately need. Switching to Wegmans pharmacy. This is not the first issue I've had with Wallmart pharmacy but it's gonna be my last.
