“Love this store and staff
(Waterloo)
Rosa (I think that was her name) is super fantastic, excellent customer service, will keep coming because of staff like her!
My daughter in law went to the Auburn one for the first time an have to recognize Ciera this time. She was very professional, helpful, polite. Excellent customer service as well. Great job”
“Just had a fitting with Kim at Fierce ...with Love. It was amazing. She was very easy to talk to and she listened to my wants/needs. I walked out with 2 new bras, that actually fit and spent less than I expected to. The boutique is adorable and so welcoming. I can't recommend those place enough. If you haven't been, you should definitley check it out.”
“The best little shop. The sweetest employees, who are always eager to help you find the perfect look. A great place to shop local and find unique fashionable items. Perfect for all ages.”
“A go-to for outdoor clothing and goods. Most adult shirts were >$20 and sweatshirts >$40. They have skaneateles items and general outdoorsy items. They also have some stickers and small souvenir things by the front. It’s kinda tight to maneuver around because of the significant inventory.”
“I called the store near closing time to see if anyone could help me with an online order that was being difficult. Ann, a Skaneateles store associate, was wonderful and took care of my order. She was polite and efficient and I appreciated her help!
Great customer service!!”
“Nice clothing boutique. Great customer support in both Skaneatles and Homer. Unique seasonal items both accessories and apparel. The Homer store also has home decor and decorating options.”
“Loved this store! The girl working was very nice and even had a dress ordered and shipped to me in Kentucky. I also bought one while I was in store. I will be looking for more goodies online from Hap and Main! Such cute stuff!!”

“I was looking for a particular style of sneaker which they happened to have, but in a very limited size range. I've noticed it is rare to find women's shoes above size 9 at Kohl's. Still, I was annoyed that there were no larger sizes in stock for the style I wanted. Then again, it's not like they're exclusively a shoe store.”
