The self service machines had an error and corrupted the gift cards that we had brought. After they had voided the transaction the card that was read correctly originally was then read as a blank card. Now we are worried it took the money without voiding the transaction.

Awful, rude, lazy staff, they were serving like never welcoming customers, looked at their review only for 2.8 to date? They deserve it, will not go back there anymore, what a horrible store, counter desk will treat you like you were never in front of them.

Worst CVS pharmacy!! Has automatic prescription refill, usually wait 2 days after receiving text from cvs “prescription is ready for pick up “ to pick up prescription only to get to the pharmacy and be told we are out and come back tomorrow. This has been happening for the past 4 months……. Time for a new pharmacy!!!!

Waited about 1 hour and 45 min just to get a Flu Shot. I noticed that the pharmacist waited till there were enough people to come out from the back and administer the vaccines. So that resulted in me waiting a LONG time until there were enough people for his worthwhile. I did go around 6pm so it was busier than usual with people coming in nonstop to pick up prescriptions. However the wait was incredibly ridiculous and there should be no excuse. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're going to ignore it completely??Also there is no privacy while getting your vaccine here like there is with Walgreens where you go into a private room. Here, you sit on a chair with a cheap divider next to you where everyone online can see the whole process of you getting your vaccine.

Vaccine directions:Check in via the cvs text message even you get to the store. Walk to the pharmacy at the back and notify one of the pharmacist. At some point they will ask for your vaccine card. When ready you'll get the shot where the labeled vaccine chairs are. Wait 10-15 min then go back to the pharmacist to get your updated vaccine card and you can leave.I would budget 25 min for the entire process. This location has the Pfizer bivalent booster. They have a parking lot across the street.

This cvs Location is awful. Least helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. They are not helpful. They are not courteous. Store is usually messy and poorly signed. Why on earth they would close a great location and keep this one is beyond me. We will be looking for a more customer friendly place to shop.

This store is a joke. It's not the same anymore ever since they changed the entire crew. You got so called managers staring at you at self checkout? You press the button for someone to come assist you to open up the products locked in but no shows up after attempting to get someone twice. And every time I go back each week for a product that was out of stock, it's never there. What is this??? Do you guys even go through the weekly shelves and restock or order at all?!

It should allow you to choose zero stars. Worst pharmacy service. Any time you call, you never get a pharmacist. I have called 6 times to check on a prescription and no answer. As a prescriber myself, I can’t get through either. It goes straight to voice mail. Terrible!!!

This is the worst CVS I have been to. I went there for the covid shot and the line was out the door even with appointment. It was so mismanaged. The guy that check you in made the situation worst. They are not equipped to do the shots. Go somewhere else if you don't want to dead before you get the vaccine.

I hesitated to write this review but I thought I need to raise awareness of the type of service you can expect at this CVS location when you are going in for your vaccine. It is truly unacceptable and we, the customers, should not have to deal with such treatment. Went to this location to get COVID vaccine. A table at the entrance of the store is set up to have people sign in for the vaccine. The employee assigned to assist customers, David, was beyond rude and should not ever be customer facing if they want customers to return to this location. I was clearly in line to get processed, but as David finished with the lady in front of me, he turned to help someone that was not next, and not even in the line as he had directed some people who came in after me to stand in the corner instead of on the line. I said, excuse me but I am next. His snarky response was, why does it matter? I said, what do you mean, why does it matter? He said, why does it matter, you're going to get your shot no matter what. So I told him it mattered and I didn't appreciate his rude remark. Now, keep in mind, this is who CVS has representing their store. After scanning the QR code, I opened a link to a form. I asked David if I had to fill out the form. His reply, Of course you do! I said I had already filled one out online and I didn't know for sure so that's why I asked. He said, this form is for NY State and if you don't like it, then take it up with the state! That was the last straw. I shot back at him asking him what was wrong with him and that he should not be in this job. And then I asked to speak with the manager. The manager apologized and said she spoke with him and that his behavior will not be repeated. She said he has a harsh sense of humor and it may have been construed wrong. My reply was that he doesn't know if I appreciate that type of humor so he should not be working with customers. People who work with customers have to be of a certain caliber as they are a representation of the firm and the quality of people that work there. I left knowing that I will not go back to that store again, after my 2nd covid shot.
