“Based on a recommendation I gave this shop a try. It is a busy shop, so they were only able to get me in 1 month later than other shops in the area. But it was definitely worth the wait. They offered to have me bring my car in, to see if it was drive-able for the two months. Excellent service, good communication, and they even washed my car outside and in. “I usually don't stop at these places, I always feel intimidated - motors aren't my forte. But I will say, I did stop the other day, thought I would grab some transmission fluid to top off. The gentleman behind the counter was as nice as they come- he helped me find what type I needed. I bought it and headed out to the car. Wasn't sure where I was to put it, so once again the guy behind the counter came out to help, he wasn't sure either, so 2 more peeps came out to help. Long story short, I couldn't use the fluid, because apparently I would need a type of key to get to the reservoir... Ugh. Anyway they did allow me to return the fluid. And now I know, there's no reason to feel intimidated - these peeps knew their job and were more than happy to help me. Thank you. I highly recommend this place.”

I filed my claim 10/2, was in the shop 10/4 and today 10/13 they were done.When I dropped off my car it was first thing in the morning, before coffee, still upheld great customer service, even with my short half asleep answers. Everyone was patient, kind, and helpful!! I got my rental car there at the same time I dropped off my car and was able to return my rental there at the same time I picked up my car. It made things much easier.I would suggest them to anyone who needed services they offered. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, I’d be happy to return, not just for their excellent customer service, but my car looks great!!”
