“I would give Khach (Pronounced "Cash") and his business 6/5 stars if I could, and that is not something I say lightly. The team was very friendly to me as a newcomer and worked with me to find a solution in my budget for a car with extensive damage. They were able to fit us in quickly and finished two days ahead of schedule at nine days of repair time. Fast repair!I had questions about some of the items in the quote and the team was able to answer them in a way I understood. There was, in fact, one standard item that should have been damaged but wasn't and Khach and his team took the time to re-examine on request and agreed to take it off the preliminary and re-evaluate once the car was more taken-apart.Lastly, Mike drove to our apartment and picked us up when it was time to retrieve the car, which was above and beyond!As far as quality of repair... it's been five days of *very* smooth sailing so far :- ) Also, not sure if the team vacuumed the car but it smelled REALLY fresh when we picked it up. I should also mention the team did a good job blending the colors - I can't tell the difference. There is some white sediment on the door that was blended but I was able to pick some of it off with my thumbnail so it will probably come off after a proper wash.If you're reading this and wondering if the repairs held up and the sediment washed off... they probably did! Otherwise I would have updated this review :-D This is the place to go.”

“Based on a recommendation I gave this shop a try. It is a busy shop, so they were only able to get me in 1 month later than other shops in the area. But it was definitely worth the wait. They offered to have me bring my car in, to see if it was drive-able for the two months. Excellent service, good communication, and they even washed my car outside and in. I reached out to my fellow car enthusiasts who recommended Hart’s Collision.I am very impressed with my whole experience there. I can’t think Joe enough for the burden he took of my shoulders and a relief of ease to get my car back back on the road with not a lot of money out my pocket to break me. “Summary:In terms of quality work, they do a terrific job. But from my own experience, I wouldn't go back to them if I needed a job to be done at a timely fashion. (For More Detail, Read Bellow) Issue I had: I went to them because I had a broken mirror and two of my passengers doors that had dents and crashes; with an additional issue with my passenger door not opening Price: Their pricing is a bit on the steep end of things, so if you're paying out of pocket, get ready to pay a big amount I'm terms of Job Getting Done:They fixed everything I enlisted for to be fixed with no issue Employees:Very helpful and were apologetic of the extra time that they took Overall:The only issue I had was that I was given a time frame of when the job would be done ( which was two weeks) and it was stretch for an additional week; it would have possible stretch further if I was not persistent on calling them. Other than that, the work they did was great and I thank them for it.”

“They did a wonderful job on my vehicle fender and at an awesome price compared to other auto body shops around Troy and Albany. My one complaint is that it took an extra day to finish because of issues with paint colors ON ANOTHER CAR. It wouldnt of been bad but it was highly Inconvenient being my ride to and from work and kids ride to and from work was the same person who work night and for 4 ( not 3 ) DAYS HE GOT NO SLEEP. And they didnt even discount me any money for the inconvenience.”

“I just had my Honda fixed here. Everything was fast and easy! I filed my claim 10/2, was in the shop 10/4 and today 10/13 they were done.When I dropped off my car it was first thing in the morning, before coffee, still upheld great customer service, even with my short half asleep answers. Everyone was patient, kind, and helpful!! I got my rental car there at the same time I dropped off my car and was able to return my rental there at the same time I picked up my car. It made things much easier.I would suggest them to anyone who needed services they offered. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, I’d be happy to return, not just for their excellent customer service, but my car looks great!!”
