Carey Home Inspection group helped us when we were buying and saved us from buying a house that had more problems then we could have ever seen with our own eyes, and spending thousands in repairs later. We were lucky and found a great house that got much better inspection findings, and we know what to expect. I would recommend their services 1,000,000 times over.

Don and team are a pleasure to work with thru the home inspection process. They are always on time if not early, professional and very thorough. They work quickly, but also take the time to review the findings with the buyer and answer all the questions. They offer a full range of services including mold assessments which eliminates the need to bring in multiple inspectors for various things. Don gets the inspection report out the same day and it's incredibly detailed with lots of photos and easy to read. Carey Home Inspection continues to be at the top of my home inspector referral list.

They arrived early and went to work. They were done about an hr and 15 in so that was nice. They didn’t charge me for the things I didn’t need which is great(like the chimney). They were nice and polite and thorough and helpful and I didn’t wait for the report which came right after!

Carey Home Inspection has been amazing to work with! We have had several of our clients hire them for inspections and we have hired them on our personal real estate transactions as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. Their inspection reports are very detailed and clients receive them timely (often on the same day as the inspection)!
