“I had the Rose Garden Room.
It was very pretty and definitely old fashioned, as expected of a country inn.
Unfortunately it was also extremely noisy so getting a good night’s sleep was impossible.
Being an old building, there is the expected noise from other rooms. Also, the rooms being located adjacent to a busy restaurant, one anticipates there will be some associated sounds… but this was crazy loud.
From the boisterous noise from the staff as they cleaned up after closing, to the incessant conversation from the patio area directly beneath my window (yes, my window was closed due to the nasty aroma of weed drifting up from the workers on their break) to the late night/early morning hammering from the construction on their new outdoor space… I really did feel like I had the entire staff, plus construction workers, literally in my room.
So… would I recommend staying here?
Maybe on a Tuesday when the restaurant/ bar is closed.
Or if you are deaf
Or if you don’t mind a lot of noise
I’m hoping that my experience will not be typical of others and the noise was really just excessive due to the construction going on. For that hope, I’m give this a 4 star rating, because the room itself was quite nice.
Also, I did eat at LaPerla. It was OK, though overpriced for pasta.”

“Best Western was there in our time of need. In an emergency we needed a last minute place to stay. They were able to give us streamlined personal booking for an affordable price and check in on short notice directly from the hotel where other hotel chains sent us to a call service. It was super clean and comfortable.”

“Right off the exit on 90. Super convenient location with gas station and Dunkin Donuts next door. Beautiful hotel. Looks brand new. Everything was very clean. Mattresses were lumpy. I did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were grainy. Bagels & English muffins were stale. There is a waffle machine so that is a plus. The hotel is a very good value price wise which my ratings reflect.”
