Friendly employees are helpfull, and polite. I have never had an issue receiving packages through this post office. I rent a PO Box at this post office which is 20 minutes away from my residence, instead of using the post office at 12062 (end of my street) just because the hours are better and the employees are actualy friendly....unlike east nassau post office
