“If you are reading reviews to decide if you can trust Guenther's with your car, I will make it easy for you -- ABSOLUTELY YES. I live in the city of Rochester, NY and would not normally have my car in their service as they are about 30 minutes south of me, but my parents live nearby their shop and when my car needed repair while it was in their care, they took it to Guenther's for that work.\nIt is important to note that I have an inherent mistrust of mechanics having been taken advantage of by bad ones many times as a woman, especially when I was young so it takes a lot to impress me and earn my trust, but Guenther's did it on my first visit which is something I don't say lightly. They were extremely communicative, offered explanations, options, and alternatives to expensive service I needed, and were right on the nose with their repair estimate (they even came in a little under the expected budget!). Their staff was respectful and kind, and my car was in better condition when I got it back than when I dropped it off....they had even re-bolted on a piece of my fender that had come loose when I parked too close to a curb at no charge because it was easy for them to do when they replaced my tires. When my car was ready for pickup, they even took the time to talk to me about things I should look out for in the coming year or two given the age of my vehicle and their mileage. There was no point in time that I felt as though I was being overcharged for any particular item, or told I needed to replace/fix something unnecessary.\nI don't know when I will have the opportunity to visit them again for service given that I don't live nearby, but I didn't want to miss the chance to let anyone in their area know that they will find an honest and reliable shop if they choose Guenther's. Please consider reaching out to them if you have service needs, you won't be disappointed!”

“I am writing this specifically for the location just off exit 10 (Avon). What a great addition to the Bob Johnson collection. So convenient. I want to call out specifically Josh (Sales) but Id rather say consulting. He was a real delight to work with from start to finish. I understand he has not been here long but find it easy to understand why so many folks are migrating to him to help make their Chevy (or Jeep... etc..) new car purchase. It's a welcome change to feel at ease with immediate trust.. kinda like having a cousin help you through the process. Lots of good stuff here and I keep my partner in crime at bay with their free WIFI while I asked my many many questions and Goldilocks my way through the lot until I found my perfect ride.”

“So far so good... we are very impressed with the level of service we've received so far. Our salesperson, Kim Kowalka, was the MOST informative Jeep expert we have had the pleasure of meeting. This is why we bought our Jeep Cherokee here and *NOT* in Monroe County (period. End of Story.) We were told by a salesperson in the Western Monroe County area that power lift gates were not available on Jeep Cherokees. Imagine that!. We love our Jeep, especially during the past week when we had 22" of snow dumped in our neighborhood. We've also taken our 2013 Chrysler 300 there for service... even though it's further drive down 390 than other, local, servicing agents. Worth the trip!”

“Jeff was super amazing. We went to test drive a car and although we didn't end up buying (just not the car for me), Jeff gave us advice about what to look for in other cars and how to avoid scams. Then we talked about football and discussed the beautiful mustangs in the garage.Unlike other car salesmen who have tried to barter or suggest other cars I didn't want, he respected my decision and helped me despite knowing the car I bought likely wasn't going to be from him.
