“I am writing this specifically for the location just off exit 10 (Avon). What a great addition to the Bob Johnson collection. So convenient. I want to call out specifically Josh (Sales) but Id rather say consulting. He was a real delight to work with from start to finish. I understand he has not been here long but find it easy to understand why so many folks are migrating to him to help make their Chevy (or Jeep... etc..) new car purchase. It's a welcome change to feel at ease with immediate trust.. kinda like having a cousin help you through the process. Lots of good stuff here and I keep my partner in crime at bay with their free WIFI while I asked my many many questions and Goldilocks my way through the lot until I found my perfect ride.”
“Was having fuel issues with my 6.0 powerstroke mike the owner told me to bring down after i chased the problem and wasting 1000$ in parts brought it down they had diagnosed and fixed within a week very happy with the diesel shop and will be returning with my truck for any work down the road !! inside of my truck was clean also some shops touch everything with greasy hands not these guys!”

“Marc and the sales manager at this Avon location were great. We purchased a 2023 grand Cherokee L limited. Marc made the process easy. I feel like with Bob Johnson (one bad experience at a different one) and probably some other large dealerships, used cars are rushed to sell before service can really go through them as they are booked up. This was my case as our just inspected $34k vehicle had bad rear brakes, poor alignment (tire wear) and some missing paint. Unlike my last experience where a dealer told me used cars aren’t “new” and they are supposed to have issues lol the same issues I’m sure they leverage on trade in because they need “repaired”. Marc took care of them and the sales manager supplied a loaner while they were fixed. They made sure I was happy with what they sold my family. Thank you!”
