The neighbor I have she goes by the nickname cookie all she does is lie stomp slam and make loud noise then blames me for it I am a introvert and being lied about and harassed by my neighbors because of her through slamming stomping and every loud noise possible I work 12 hour nights and I leave people alone and they have done nothing but listen to cookies lies and treat me like I'm not allowed to do dishes, laundry, shower, cook I have actually gone 3 days without eating because im scared to even make the slightest sound but they all can keep me awake for days and cause me to have to take anxiety medication and I also have extremely high blood pressure problems I feel like I'm going to end up dying because people can't be respectful of others. How is it normal that people can bully a person and not have any repercussion this is not school this is real life I am working my hardest at work to help pay for whatever my 15 going on 16 year old son wants and needs his mother passed away when he was 4 and this is how people treat me? This has been going on for about 3 and a half years now after the first downstairs neighbor kept slamming things at 4 am only when I was home snooping in and on my packages watching everything I did when I was leaving or coming back... now since he has been gone cookie has been doing this but to antagonize others to blame me as I'm laying in bed trying to sleep the building actually shakes from some of it and she will only do it when she believes I'm off work...

A very welcoming neighborhood! The staff are so welcoming and always so active! Both interior and exterior of apartments are very well maintained!

They have been wonderful since day 1. They made my move in process very fast and easy so I could start my new job. I would definitely recommend moving here it is a wonderful place to live. The balconies are even large enough for a small potted garden.They helped immediately with problems with my washer not working properly. Thank you so much for the fast replacement of my washer. It turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated and y’all were great! This is the best place I have ever lived. Jesse and Katie are wonderful. Thank you for hiring quality people to manage the property.

My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago. I have never rented before but Katie and the avon staff have helped so much in making it a easy process. Morgan and myself are enjoying it here so much!

We moved in April 2023 and could not have had an easier time. We decided to move out of a larger city and settle in somewhere closer to family and we had some pretty hard life things happening at the time. Katie and the team with Avon Commons have been nothing but a godsend during the entire expereince from looking, to renting, to commincating, to actually moving in, and having things addressed in a timely manner. We rented this unit without being able to physcially be there in person, and it could not have gone better for us. They are an absolute delight and I wish that all folks moving into new places could have things go as smoothly as this did.

It has taken several months to get this submitted but can now concentrate and submit as promised. We moved our Aunt here 5 years ago after living in Ithaca for over 90 years so we could be of help to her as she aged. It was the best decision we ever made. We chose her location before it was even built that we thought would make her happy. The staff have been nothing but helpful, extremely efficient and friendly. The property was extremely well cared for and the apartments themselves were well thought out. Thank you Katie, Jesse and Shane for seeing to our every need. It was such a pleasure getting to know you and just stopping in to say hello. The neighbors were so very kind and it was a comfort to know she was safe and content. Sadly our Aunt passed away in June but we were able to keep her safely in her lovely apartment with many thanks to you all. My apologies for my negligence in getting this posted. Thank you all for your kindness. You are missed.
