Helped a friend move, and i couldn't believe how bad the condition of this place was. Whiskey bottles, mattresses, old couches, ironing boards, and other pieces of well used furniture just laying around and leaned up against the outside of the units. It also appears that you can use two old vehicles to store your stuff in as well, as their is a rusted out ford with tires sunk into the ground, and an old minivan that where just both loaded inside with garbage, and sitting on the property. A good number of the units doors where open, and a few of those where loaded with garbage, or old cardboard boxes. The gravel "road" surface was so bumpy that i thought i was participating in a Baja race as i drove up to the unit. Avoiding the mattresses and couches scattered about, also added to the excitement, and contributed greatly to the feeling of being in a real off road race! The access control system looks like something that has been around since the 1960's and im surprised it still works. The door on the unit was a "roll up", but it felt like anything but, as it took quite a bit of strength to open the thing up, as it creaked and whined in protest from years of not being maintained. This place looks it could be a scene from a horror movie. Pretty obvious that the owner just doesn't care and is only interested in collecting the money, because he sure doesn't put any of that money back into this place. Take a tour before signing a lease with this place. I'm pretty sure once you do, you will be spending your hard earned money elsewhere!
