Bank has 3 people to notarize but won’t do POA or anything to do with Wills. Aren’t they public officials who serve as a witness to signing important documentation. But this bank picks and chooses what they will sign.

Simply the best bank I've ever had. The bank staff is always friendly and never makes me feel unwelcome. They see me as a person not a person with just an account at their bank. The bank staff are always willing to help when problems arise with my account. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Do not use this bank if you're a business. I have a few clients I perform bookkeeping that use Castile for financing and will be switching as soon as possible. One case, we were working on an expansion and consulted a multitude of professionals more qualified than BOC employees; the expansion was estimated to bring in enough revenue to settle other accounts open with Castile, obviously, they declined the proposal. They've, multiple times, mislead a few of the account I manage to retain their business, and then the following year will ask "why didn't you do this project and why are your revenues low?" After telling them "we don't think this will be a good use of your money." Consistency is important BOC, as if your word. I would encourage all Small business to take your business elsewhere; LITERALLY ANYWHERE, just make sure you trust the banker because these "financial professionals" will manipulate you until they can claim on your assets. BOC=only cares about their profitably, and will not hesitate to screw you over if they disagree with you. If you want financial freedoms DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
