“I have been using community bank since I lived down the street from a branch in steuben county. I mostly bank online but the Avon branch has been helpful many times, as well as the one in Henrietta. I think the people who've had problems had immediate needs that other banks might also encounter problems with... other than the occasional down time for the app overnight, they've been great for me.”

“Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I've had an account here at this branch as well as my husband for years and years now and everyone is great! Yes there are a bunch of new employees that aren't as nice as some of the original employees but they are still helpful and do their job. I'm here to deposit or withdraw money not make a new friend anyways. 10/10 because they also printed me a new card on the spot instead of having me wait over a week for it to come in the mail. That alone made it alot less stressful when my debit card was hacked.”
“Since starting work in the plaza, I'm at the bank frequently for my job. They are the kind of staff everywhere should employ. Friendly, kind, fast, and efficient. The two younger ladies (the ginger with glasses and the other one with streaks in the front of her hair) are always so passionate! Smiles galore. They're considerate, attentive, and they make me laugh everytime I'm in. Also, the other lady with the cutest little curls and is usually wearing some of the prettiest jewelry to man... She cracks me up! She recommends me movies to watch when I get home after work, and they're always good! Overall, the staff here are the best in the business. Would 100% recommended switching to this bank, because they're just better!”
