“Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I've had an account here at this branch as well as my husband for years and years now and everyone is great! Yes there are a bunch of new employees that aren't as nice as some of the original employees but they are still helpful and do their job. I'm here to deposit or withdraw money not make a new friend anyways. 10/10 because they also printed me a new card on the spot instead of having me wait over a week for it to come in the mail. That alone made it alot less stressful when my debit card was hacked.”

“I have been using community bank since I lived down the street from a branch in steuben county. I mostly bank online but the Avon branch has been helpful many times, as well as the one in Henrietta. I think the people who've had problems had immediate needs that other banks might also encounter problems with... other than the occasional down time for the app overnight, they've been great for me.”
