263 E Main St, Avon NY 14414
“Simply the best bank I've ever had. The bank staff is always friendly and never makes me feel unwelcome. They see me as a person not a person with just an account at their bank. The bank staff are always willing to help when problems arise with my account. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I have been using community bank since I lived down the street from a branch in steuben county. I mostly bank online but the Avon branch has been helpful many times, as well as the one in Henrietta. I think the people who've had problems had immediate needs that other banks might also encounter problems with... other than the occasional down time for the app overnight, they've been great for me.”

“I came in to get a typed direct deposit form and everyone was very helpful- especially Haley. She was extremely kind and walked me through everything to get what I needed and upgrade my account. I am very satisfied and I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance with KeyBank. Thank you Haley, your help was much appreciated!”

“At first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Rachael wacker, it was a successful trade for me. All i did was to invest $550 into my first trading and to my greatest surprise, I received huge amount of $5,420 as profit in 6 days of trading. Rachel wacker was the trader that made it possible and she is still doing it all for me.. You want to be happy and be free like me do well to reach out to her via Email:[email protected]”

4218 Lakeville Rd, Geneseo NY 14454
“Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I've had an account here at this branch as well as my husband for years and years now and everyone is great! Yes there are a bunch of new employees that aren't as nice as some of the original employees but they are still helpful and do their job. I'm here to deposit or withdraw money not make a new friend anyways. 10/10 because they also printed me a new card on the spot instead of having me wait over a week for it to come in the mail. That alone made it alot less stressful when my debit card was hacked.”

4431 Genesee Valley Plaza Rd, Geneseo NY 14454
“Since starting work in the plaza, I'm at the bank frequently for my job. They are the kind of staff everywhere should employ. Friendly, kind, fast, and efficient. The two younger ladies (the ginger with glasses and the other one with streaks in the front of her hair) are always so passionate! Smiles galore. They're considerate, attentive, and they make me laugh everytime I'm in. Also, the other lady with the cutest little curls and is usually wearing some of the prettiest jewelry to man... She cracks me up! She recommends me movies to watch when I get home after work, and they're always good! Overall, the staff here are the best in the business. Would 100% recommended switching to this bank, because they're just better!”

“I love ESL! The Geneseo branch is very nice! It's very clean and filled to the brim with excellent employees. They really know how to make you feel like a valued patron, not just another face in the crowd. Plus, there's free coffee! Can't turn up that offer!”
