Service was great , on time and super polite service desk attendant. However I could have done without the 7 “F” bombs dropped by the young woman in the office behind the service desk. I had my 87 year old mother with me and couldn’t apologize enough to her for the language I guess next time I’ll have to give Mom earplugs.

The customer service is always friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in the door Joseph greeted me by name. “Good morning, Desiree! How are you?” It was warm and welcoming. I felt like the team was anticipating my arrival and were happy I was there. The appointment was quick, standard oil change, took less than an hour total. The waiting area is clean, plenty of comfortable seating available, complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water too. At check out the team even remembered my booking preference for my next appointment. Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle!

I requested a transmission service and was given a price of $350 dollars. After I found out this was for just the fluid exchange they don’t change the filter. I called up the local transmission center and they said they would be more than happy to “do it right” I also still have factory warranty and was told there would be a $180 charge to diagnose a driveline vibration. I thought the warranty covered that but I guess not. The inside of my truck smelled like gear oil and made me sick for a few days after. :(

Dropped truck off, and the problem was fixed same day. However the oil change is needed soon and I received an auto reminder the same day the service was done! It would have been nice if I could have changed the oil and got this problem fixed the same day. Now I have to make new arrangements for the oil change coming up with transportation back and forth to work. Just my opinion, but maybe remind your customers of any miscellaneous maintenance items that need to be performed at the time the vehicle is being repaired.

Usually good service but not this time. There were two spots of motor oil on the door, the door handle covered, steering wheel too, and greasy boot prints on my carpeted floor matt. Obviously the mechanic that changed my oil was a slob and didn't put the paper matt down or bother to wipe their hands prior to opening and closing the door and moving the vehicle. Didn't expect to end up with another job to do cleaning up after someone else's mess but.......

The customer service here is phenomenal! I always appreciate being treated as a valued customer. I choose this location over the one in my town and drive 30/40 minutes for this reason. This location provides a no hassle representation in the way they treat customers and it does not go unnoticed!

Knew I needed a wheelbearing done, was allowed to schedule the appointment for a Saturday. I show up and they tell me they can only do oil changes and state inspections on weekends. That would have been great to know when I booked it or even got a phone call before then to reschedule vs. Driving an hour out of my way for nothing. I reschedule for following Friday. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday evening and borrowed a family vehicle for the next day. While they worked on it, the ONLY phone call I got was to approve the work that needed to be done. I never got a call that the car was done, just a text. I was an hour away at a meeting at work so I left and drove back to get my car. I arrived INSIDE the lobby of Bob Johnson at 5:02pm. Not a soul was there for service to give me keys to my car as they close apparently at 5pm on the dot or what appears was sooner as the service side lights and doors were locked and nobody was around. A sales associate even tried looking for the person and said it was unacceptable to be so locked down tight and gone only 2 minutes past closing time. So again, wasted an hour drive for nothing. Came back the next morning to get my car, mentioned it to whoever was at the desk and only got a "oh I'm sorry. Yeah we closed at 5 yesterday." $1700 later for car work and only received sub par service. I would expected more from a car dealership doing service on a car that I bought from that dealership.

Amazing! I walked in and was greeted with a smiling face. Sales associate Jill along with Patrick Manners took me in the direction I wanted. 1 day later I am a used jeep owner! I am very happy with Jill who took the time to show me all the features in the jeep!!! Thank you to all who assisted me!

I brought in my 2022 Terrain for NY inspection, thats all. I am particular about my vehicles, it is a lease. The old sticker was scrape off, windshield was not cleaned, paper scrapings left on the dash/over speaker grid. Totally unacceptable. No pride.Keep your f........GM points. I'll take the car to my own personal garage/mechanic.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this Bob Johnson with about 64,000 miles on it at purchase. I pick up the vehicle and realized later that night that my rear light is out. Had to go back for them to fix it within the same week (I live 35-40 minutes away). Then within a month and a half of me having the vehicle, the motor blew. I had not even put 5,000 miles on the vehicle personally yet. I had to pay for a tow to a dealership near where I live. I called Bob Johnson the day after this happened to see if they could help me out at all and I either would not get an answer or told that somebody would call me back to assist me but that never happened either. I had to continuously call them to try to get any kind of help, but I received none. The dealership I had the vehicle towed to even called them to have them try to get me in a rental vehicle and they wouldn't even do that for me. I had no car for two weeks due to this. Thankfully the other dealership has taken great care of any issues I have had. They also thankfully informed me that the battery in the car Bob Johnson sold me needs to be replaced. When I called Bob Johnson to confront them about this they told me they would cover the cost of the new battery AS LONG AS I TOOK MY REVIEW DOWN. I told them my review will be staying up and we will be covering the cost ourselves. This sounds a little like blackmail to me. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this Bob Johnson. Take your money somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional.

I have to give Bob Johnson Chevrolet West only one star. That one star goes to Izaya our salesperson. He was professional, listened, kept us updated while we waited for our car to be delivered to the dealership. We could not have asked for anything more from a salesperson. He showed genuine concern with our issues. Our problems began with the financial person, Joseph. Joseph was more concerned with selling us a maintenance agreement. We let him know we did not want to purchase and from then on it was downhill. Joseph told us that we clearly did not want to listen to him explain all the reasons why we should have an additional plan so he was not going to talk anymore and turned his back on us. We were dismissed. Not pleased when we left his office and shared with the salesperson. We left while they did what they needed to do so we could pick up the car later in the day. While we were gone Izaya talked to Joseph and the manager and Joseph denied any bad behavior. Back at 4pm to pick up the car and sign all of the paperwork . Almost done with the ppwk and finally came to the part about the loan only to find the interest rate to be higher than anticipated. We were expecting a rate of approximately 6% only to find the rate to 8.3% We justified paying the rate as we planned to pay off sooner. The next day we called Izaya and let him know we were not feeling good about how things went the day before and what our options might be. He listened and took our concerns to the sales manager, Mike. Mike called us and we explained our concerns. Our main concern was how we were treated by Joseph. He did not do his job and the manager, Mike, agreed Joseph did not do his job of going over final figures and interest rates etc. We were told that he would be having a conversation with Joseph. Mike was thinking it was the interest rate that had us feeling not pleased. It was not totally about the interest rate. It really was about not being open about the interest rate and Joseph not doing his job. It was a good buying experience soured by one person's ego.
