I wouldn’t trade in your car there. They still haven’t paid off our old lease and we traded it 3 weeks ago! Now that has gone to collections and will hurt the credit score.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bob Johnson Dodge Jeep in Avon has the worst service department I ever dealt with. I will never buy another vehicle from any Bob Johnson dealership.
