Hours: KraftHeinz is a solid company with a clean factory. It is a small place that is easy in and out. The team are wonderful people and true professionals, making the plant a success. For pickups, there is overnight parking at the entrance. Loaded trailers are inside the shipping area. Sometimes you can get a door right away and get loaded within two hours. There is plenty of room to back and it can be very quiet. On weekends the office is closed, but bills are available on the wall. The problem is there are no clear instructions on what to do when arriving after hours. Everyone mentions parking but no one says exactly where it is located. There are no detailed instructions or directional signs to receiving. The process needs to be fixed with real people or better information. Fix that and you could be tops on the list.
