About KraftHeinz
KraftHeinz is a solid company with a clean factory. It is a small place that is easy in and out. The team are wonderful people and true professionals, making the plant a success. For pickups, there is overnight parking at the entrance. Loaded trailers are inside the shipping area. Sometimes you can get a door right away and get loaded within two hours. There is plenty of room to back and it can be very quiet. On weekends the office is closed, but bills are available on the wall. The problem is there are no clear instructions on what to do when arriving after hours. Everyone mentions parking but no one says exactly where it is located. There are no detailed instructions or directional signs to receiving. The process needs to be fixed with real people or better information. Fix that and you could be tops on the list.

Came in for drop n hook and they didn't have any trailers for me. So they told me go to dock 8, slide tandems, set reefer to -10, open doors, chock wheels, and release red line. I swear they loaded me faster than i could have drop and hooked. Lol Great place. Tons of space to just do a straight line back.

Drop and hook. Holiday so Noone was there. Office ope, go inside sign in look for bills in trays. Sign copy and boogie on your way. Love this.

Jus have to ignore no trucks sign on dodge st. Learned this after three passes and a few cuss words. Otherwise easy back to docks, got door pretty quick, we will see how long load takes.
