“Save yourself the trip to Henrietta, they have so many great things here for pups. The prices are very comparable to other places & the team is very friendly. Here's my happy pup with her new Kong.”

“Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Whenever there is any extra work that needs to be done to your pet, they are upfront about pricing and never try to sell you products or services that aren't necessary. I've been taking my pets there for years and they have always done a wonderful job.”

“I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for the incredible service and communication Hemlock's offers. I am an international level rider and trainer with a very large boarding, training facility. I recently changed my barn over to new feed and started using Hemlock's. Every step of the way they have been extremely accommodating and effecient. I have used numerous feed stores over the yrs in the horse industry and hands down Hemlock's has been by far the best to work with.”

“Shout out to Crystal! And the other very friendly staff. We had to bring our dog to the wash, she needs to be the only dog in there and they were extremely accommodating in making sure we were able to get in there on a very busy morning. Thank you so much!”

“I just want to give a shout out to Petsmart Of Geneseo, NY for showing our family so much kindness when finding out about the loss of our baby girl Pippen. We took our newest pup Winnie to her first grooming appointment with Kyra and were met with a sympathy card and a keepsake from Winnie’s first groom. Kyra was one of the only people that Pippen trusted and I cannot thank her enough for helping her work through her “people” anxiety. If you’re looking for a groomer she’s the one folks!”
