“Steve was really helpful and went the extra mile after I needed new brake pads that they didn't have in stock. When there were issues with the vendor, he was able to escalate the problem as needed. I felt very well taken care of despite the longer than expected wait for the parts. This was clearly out of their control and they were mor frustrated by it than I was. I would trust them to do mor work on my vehicle.”

She was able to drive her vehicle to Scorsone's Service Center (right near the college) and leave the vehicle & key drop-off with some quick notes. They had the vehicle ready for pickup the very next day after the holiday weekend. “Sunday on a rental car from Enterprise, I blew a rear tire on the road. The only tire shop that was open was this one. When I arrived the guys told me they were an authorized Enterprise service. The manager Ryan Smart and Randy the technician, did just a great job and were helpful. It took them an hour and a half to call Enterprise to get confirmation for a tire replacement, my tire was not repairable and I had to go back to NYC.
These guys deserve 5 out of 5 stars.”
