The phlebotomist is working alone which means she is the receptionist too. There are literally 16 people waiting for blood and she hasn’t started drawing because she is still checking everyone in. She is personable, knowledgeable and efficient but how is this justified? Give this woman some assistance.

Lab tech Suzanne always does an awesome job with drawing blood, I never feel the needle when she does it! I have routine visits so it's really nice to have a place I can go close to home with such a great technician available!
