Went to Babylon Bicycle Shop at the recommendations of 2 fellow cyclists to have my wheels re-tensioned. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful with my repair questions. They fully understood what I needed and quoted me a very fair price. I had the work done and in a few days my wheels were like new. I’ve been riding and working on bikes for 40 years and was very impressed at the quality of work an how pleasant everyone at the shop was.I will not hesitate going back there for any repair work on my bikes.

Amazing place with a nice hometown feel. Excellent customer service, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Brought my bike in for service they were amazing. Explained everything to me that they were gonna do and they did an amazing job. The bike is running, smooth as ever. Thank you so much to everyone!!!

Came into this shop..ppl working rhere..very helpful. The owner offered good product and my Huffy Cruiser rides great! There were a few adjustments that had to be made but all worked out fine. They have some really cool bikes, upbeat and colorful, lots of style! There also is a selection of professional bike rracing shoes. I wish it wasn't so far away,though.

I had a very good experience at Babylon Bicycle Shop. I needed a new freewheel for my bike and also a Tune up my bike rides so much better now the service was done quickly and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a very big variety of bike parts anything you need this shop has it. I will definitely come back for either bike repair or purchase a new one.

Patty at Babylon Bike Shop helped me so much!!! My bike was stolen in a cross-country trip. Red tape/police report etc... Patty helped me with my serial number. Without her help, I would not of gotten my bike back!!This shop got us through the pandemic and they continued to help- long after the sell.Babylon Bike Shop has my business for life!!!

I was lucky enough to meet with Mike while looking for my first roadbike. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I explained my goals (tri sprint with possibly longer distances in the future) along with budget. He showed me a few options while being very respectful of my budget. After deciding on a bike, he got me dialed in with a bike fitting. I've had a torn meniscus in the past and wrist pain with the loaner bike I was previously using. I couldn't be happier with my new bike! The seat and handle bars are perfect! I have no knee or wrist pain and can't ride enough! Mike and staff are as friendly as can be. Thank you guys, you took my passion for riding to a new level.

I brought in a rim that I was expecting to be straightened out, but they just reseated the tire and everything works fine, no charge! Also shared some advice on where to pick up parts for my old bicycles. professional, courteous and exceptional customer service. Thank you Babylon Bicycle Shop!
