The price of the massage plus the additional “upcharge” for prenatal is a complete ripoff especially when the therapist basically gives you only a head and neck massage for 30 mins, hardly any back/leg massaging which is what you look forward to most for a prenatal massage. There was no actual technique to the massage. Barely any pressure applied. Felt like it was being rushed through. Disappointing for $160+ with tip.

So very disappointed, I received a gift card at christmas and have not been able to use due to medical issues, finally feeling better i was able to book an appointment for today. i was so excited and looking forward to a facial. my appointment was at 12:30 and was able to get one for my daughter at 1. Due to my own issue I did arrive 15 minutes late( went to the wrong location).I was told my facial would be 99.95 (introductory price) and would have money left over for additional service. The service I received lasted approximately 30 minutes,(give or take a few minutes) no conversation of specific treatment or anything added on. The person at the counter than wanted to charge me 139.99 because that was what was on the gift card, so not only 40 dollars more than what i was told, but I received half a facial. The service I received might have been worth 100 dollars if I received a full facial. I cant not express how upset and disappointed I am. After asking for a managers name and number a young woman behind the desk said I am the assistant manager and you were late and that is our practice. I was repeatedly told ( at least four times) that I was late , which I was aware of. I apologized and understood it was my fault. but how can you charge 139.99 for a 30 minte facial with absolutely nothing special. After some back and forth the assistant manager agreed to leave 40 dollars on the gift card for the next visit or I was able to apply to my daughters facial. I picked the latter option. Please beware of being taken advantage of at this location, it is a factory. I wonder are the other locations the same?

I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Isaiah! He is very talented, kind, and professional. I am a 63 year old grandmother and he made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I will be going back.

The girl that did my facial was nice but she wasn’t dressed for a professional presentation she wore street clothes the facial should have been an hour and it wasn’t and she kept clearing her throat I felt I didn’t get my moneys worth I won’t be back

Rec’d a gift card for here from former coworkers that purchased it as a get well gift recovering from cancer (deip flap reconstruction). I had a lot of healing complications and well it just seemed fitting to go on 6/14/25 my one year anniversary of being cancer free. I never told Armina and Arine that I didn’t use it b/c of how long it took to heal after all I only stopped wearing a binder or some kind of support about a month ago. I moved on to a new job end of march but shot them a message to let them know I finally did. It was worth the wait the staff was friendly and attentive and the message therapist was very good and kind. Thank you for a great experience. :)

I started getting facials right before my wedding 3 years ago with Jennifer. She's absolutely amazing, and truly cares about helping improve my skin while being so attentive to my overall experience.
Feedback for the company: please train the front desk girls to have an elevated client experience.

Probably one of the oddest massage experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely nothing against the massage therapist herself, this place is just a factory and it shows. They make it very clear that the “hour” long massage factors in time for consultation and dressing/undressing, which is fine, but this was closer to a 40 minute massage when it was all said and done. She pulled me back late, I waited awhile on the table, and I was walking out of the building at 4:57 from a 4:00 appointment. The massage was… fine, not bad, not spectacular.
Probably the strangest thing though was at the end of my massage, she completely propped the massage table up so I went from laying down to fully sitting straight up, no warning or anything that she was finished, which was alarming to me when I was fully relaxed and almost asleep. For $139 you just expect much more. I feel like I wasted a gift card but I’m glad I didn’t spend my own money here.

I truly wish I could give it a zero ... I had issues with this Hand and Stone - North Bablyon, which began after a masseuse burned my skin, and no one there knew what to do about it ... thank God for urgent care ... as a previous long-time customer for over 3 years, I decided to stop my membership and transfer 6 of them to family since I did not want to be serviced by this company anymore. The problem for my family to get access was and has been unreal for me to use the balance of my membership. This company, especially this branch, is totally unprofessional. They did not take the time to explain what would happen when you closed your account ... total rip off ... you have collected the services I paid for and refuse to allow my family access because I no longer wanted to use your store, especially when the other branch that they were transferred to said that it did not expire. Very sad and poor business operations, they do not know how to deal with a diverse population, after jow i have breen treated. We are paying customers like everyone else, and they should all be instructed on how to appropriately treat various skin colors, especially when their is an issue.

yeah the services have been pretty good for the most part but i've been double charged twice now, and its so hard to get ahold of a manager to get you're money back. the services are good, but not not amazing - i had an appt at 12, started at 12:15 and the esthetician assured me last time she would make the time back. when I looked up when we ended, it was 1:06. So, I really should be paying for a 45 minute facial, not 60. She also extracted an acne scar last time, so the scar is much worse :( i'm just kinda disappointed cause at first the experience was nice but it's gotten worse and worse. I don't like that they don't keep the integrity of your packages and conveniently the system double charges you anyways. it feels scammy. I canceled my membership and will go to a privately owned spa.
