“'m giving it 4 stars because I love this laundromat; I've been going there since 2011. But since they renovated it, I'm super happy. Excellent services. Very clean. Very organized. The washing machines wash very well. They are large and spacious. And the dryers also come in three different sizes, which is essential and important. Before, I used to go during the day, but I stopped because the woman who used to work there with the previous owner is disgusting. She yelled at my children because they dropped some snacks on the floor. Even though I, as their mother, picked them up, she was still speaking loudly to us. It's as if she hates children, and everything bothers her. To avoid stopping going to the laundromat altogether, I decided to go at night, and I'm happy and comfortable now. That's why I wrote this review, and I want the owner to recognize the great work of one of his employees. Her name is Gladis, and she's from Guatemala. I go during the night shift on weekdays, and she is very kind. She is attentive to any help you might need. When she's cleaning, she's very careful to make sure customers don't slip and fall. Since I met her, I always try to go on the days she's working because she makes me feel comfortable. If the owner sees this, you have a great employee. She deserves a raise. She is exceptional, polite, and respectful. I've grown fond of her because it's hard to find people like her, and I truly appreciate it.”
“I dropped off a big bag of laundry and they handled everything perfectly. My clothes came back incredibly clean, neatly folded, and even sorted in a way that made it easy to put everything away at home. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. Everything smelled fresh, looked great, and was treated with care.”

“I’ve been using Bethpage Best dry cleaner for many years now and they’ve never let us down, but our last visit really sealed it for me. My wife brought in a white pant suit that had somehow gotten stained with some kind of blue dye. She honestly thought it was ruined. We didn’t expect much, but figured it was worth a shot.
When we picked it up, we were blown away. Not only was the stain completely gone, but the whole suit looked better than it did when we bought it. Bright, clean, perfectly pressed couldnt be happier. The owner was, as always, friendly and professional, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.
Highly recommend them if you want someone who treats your clothes like their own.”

But you can if you want to go in and do your own laundry.
They are a valuable asset to the community.”

“I’ve been coming to Mega Wash since it opened when Victor worked here. I’ve always come in the early morning hours and it’s spotless. On the rare occasion that I had an issue with a machine, Victor would do all he could to assist, even reimbursing me out of his pocket.
Victor isn’t here anymore, but the cleanliness service remains outstanding. Robbie is fantastic, he never stops moving; cleaning, wiping, and welcoming customers. He had a whole toolbox out this morning working on a machine…impressive!
I now live in Brentwood and I refuse to go anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work Mega Wash!”

“Awesome place . Staff is helpful & will let you know if a machine is broken & if I forget something behind when I leave , like my detergent they’ll tell me . Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . Been coming here for a while now & I don’t plan on stopping”
“I needed a beaded/sequined gown hemmed in a rush! Migu, the owner was so very kind and efficient. She got the job done in a couple of days. I brought my gown all the way from Tampa, Florida for her to hem for a wedding. She came highly recommended by my best friend and she will not disappoint! Definitely give her a try! You won’t regret it!!!”

“Great facility prices always going up on machines though been going here for ten years with my mom the employees are so kind and if your ever to accidentally leave clothes they always come in clutch to save it for you( for a limited amount of time )”
“This laundromat is excellent — the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The space is large, clean, and well-maintained, and there are always washers and dryers available with no waiting. Parking is also never an issue.
The only downside is that there’s no dedicated hand-washing sink. You have to request a key for the bathroom, and the sink inside only runs for a few seconds at a time. When you have detergent on your hands, you really need steady running water. It would be wonderful if a hand-washing station could be added. ?”

“It's clean and convenient. I never had to wait for a machine, because there's plenty of them. They just got a few new washers. I can't wait to try them. I missed my opportunity the last time I was there because the new washers are in the back row. I didn't see them until I had to go to the bathroom, which is in the back. If you are in a rush, they have drop-off service. They wash your clothes for you. There's also plenty of parking in the lot. I hope that after this review, it still remains that way. Lol ?”

“I’ve been here 3 times for alterations and 2 of those time the person convinced me the item already fit properly and advised against spending money to alter it. I so appreciate their honestly and kindness. The one alteration I did go through with was to repair a rip in jeans. The repair was so good I couldn’t find the seam, even knowing where to look. I will definitely be back.”
“We’ve been going here since they first opened and I remember the owner physically coming to our house to deliver our order. We’ve been a customer ever since. These past few days have been a laundry overload at our house and it’s moments like that where we can count on ItsAWash. This entire staff is awesome. I’ve been in the past 2 days with 3 different orders and they are all very welcoming, great attitude, joyful and happy to help us out! The blessing is that with the amount we had done, their turnaround was still only a few hours and they had it ready for pickup in no time. Clothes are clean and folded perfectly. “It's a very small laundry spot, has parking, no coin machines or cards to deal with, in this case, you pay the staff and they use a key to turn the machines on. Machines are reasonably priced and the dryers were FREE as long as you wash your clothes there. I didn't see any snack or soda machines but there is a deli next door.”
