“The staff was very personable and very professional! The office is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. The only thing I’d change is the signing in process. It’s a little confusing because when you book the appointment online, when you arrive at Quest the site on your phone says “I am here” and if you click that it means you’re signed in but when you get inside the waiting room and see the kiosk you think you have to sign in again and nothing tells you that you don’t have to. And when you see everyone who comes in signing in at the kiosk you don’t know what to do.”

“The phlebotomist (wish I had gotten her name) was very personable and this could not have been any easier than it was to have blood drawn. I literally walked in, gave my name and I was immediately taken into the room and had the draw in five minutes from start to finish! Always used Quest in the past but had too many problems with their billing system. Tried Northwell Labs in Babylon and I will use them for all my future needs.”
