I have been using them since I was 17. I am now 44. Between Kenny and Lisa doing my nails, I will never go anywhere else. Since moving to Florida I try to make it up every other time just to have them redo and fix my nails. I am so grateful for them.

I've been here once before in the past and they did an ok job. I came back as they were able to offer me an appointment right away and I only had one day to get my nails done and I had a broken nail. it is very dark in the salon and I noticed when I left that I had bubbles in one nail. I didn't call to complain because I was going to deal with it. but then I realized that there are bubbles on almost every nail and the French line is not even. I also have gel lifting already one day later because it was placed over my skin and not removed. I called to get a refund as I don't have time to come back there and was told I would've had to tell them right away and not two days after. Offered to send photos and videos as well but she refused to accept. these nails are supposed to last 3-4 weeks and if they didn't last two days then I should have a refund automatically. very unhappy and unsatisfied.

The best nail salon by far. I have been coming here for over 19 YEARS! Lisa is my nail tech and never disappoints. The salon is always very clean and the staff are amazing. I get many compliments about my nails.

The very best nail salon in Babylon and perhaps on Long Island. They are wonderful people that take ultimate care with each person. I have known them for years and enjoyed this service and I think of them as part of my family.

Horrible. I made an appointment and when I got there they had me sit in the back room alone for 35 minutes past my appointment time. I know they didn't forget about me as someone came to tell me which chair to sit in and turn on the tv about 20 minutes into the wait. I finally walked out and said my appointment was supposed to start a while ago I can't continue to wait here and they didn't even look up. I just got a half assed oh, okay. People who walked in after me were being helped before me. Small place, clearly no customer service skills. Ended up going to Joy Nails just a few blocks away and they did a lovely job and took me right away, even without an appointment. Save yourself the time, I will definitely not be going back.

I travel from NYC to get my acrylic nails done. The salon is clean, the workers are friendly yet professional. The price is extremely reasonable. I am pleased with the service. My nails are always done to my satisfaction.

Love Lisa she's the best at doing nails Beautiful job she does but is difficult to get an appointment. My only gripe is treat me like all your other clients. I sometimes feel like I'm short changed while other clients get carte Blanche. I'm on time etc.so treat me like I deserve to be treated. I was told I worry too much. (You haven't walked in my shoes so don't say that to me. You have no idea). I'm fact I'm there to relax so kindly keep your opinions to yourself.

I wanted to be a fan of this nail salon as they are very close to my apartment and the atmosphere is cute but I lost all hope when not even a week after getting a regular french UV Gel fill, I had an infection under the nail of my thumb. Out of the many years I've been getting my nails done and after trying a variety of salons, this is my second time ever getting a fungal infection under my nail. Infections under the nail are often caused by supplies that were not sanitized. I'm disappointed.

I can’t see any sanitizing equipment and she used what looks like a cheese grader on my feet.she also asked why I have no children, so uncomfortable!!!Service: Pedicure
