Linda is absolutely amazing. This is my second time bringing my small children (18m and almost 4) and Linda is so quick and accurate. As an activity that is dreaded because who wants to hold their children down while trying to get a needle in a tiny vain, she makes the entire experience seamless! We were in and out in 10 minutes, maybe less with minimal tears. The entire blood draw for both kids took 5 minutes, tops.

Very quick!!! They respect peoples appointment times!! Super nice!!!! I’ve dealt with multiple people at this location. All of them have been very NICE!!! I recommend to this location.

Plenty of parking. Had appt mesg said running 20 minutes late. Got there checked in. 5 min wait and out on 10. Very efficient no problems. 2nd time here

The lead lab tech in Babylon is very skilled and gets me on the first stick. She is also lovely and pleasant and is much appreciated! I wish I knew her name (can't recall)! I would give 10/10 due to her skill and energy.

Linda is the best!!!!! Made my sons first blood draw so smooth. He was so nervous and she was so kind. I had been to quest earlier in the day and actually walked out of the waiting room because the lady there was AWFUL and had such a bad attitude ( like I would allow someone like that touch my child). I will only ever go here now!!! Thank you Linda.

Had some blood work done. The phlebotomist was so quick and the stick so painless, I didn't even realize the needle was in until he plugged in a collection tube. I left the office 7 minutes after I arrived. That includes checking in, getting multiple vials of blood drawn, and even the walk to and from my car. Can't beat that efficiency! Done a few PCR Covid tests there in the past also. Never an issue and the person that did the swab made it the least invasive PCR test I've ever received.

Linda is the best! She is efficient and great at drawing blood, but is is kind, welcoming, understanding and compassionate! I will and have been using ONLY this lab! Thank you, Linda!I was at the Lab in Babylon again today. Linda should be employee of the month! Her blood drawing skills are fantastic, but moe than that, she is funny, polite and an amazing person!I look forward to seeing her! ??

I wish I could give 0 stars. Took my one year old in for a blood draw and the phlebotomist (don’t remember his name), was horrible. Poked my daughter with a large needle then began to fish around looking for her vein while the needle was already in her arm. After several minutes, he pulls the needle out and blames the baby’s veins. A nightmare! We ended up going to Garden City to get the blood draw and that phlebotomist used a significantly smaller needle and drew several viles in minutes, maybe seconds. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO NORTHWELL BABYLON!

Had my blood drawn again today. As always, Linda is a pleasure to work with as well as a fantastic phlebotomist. I can't recall the name of the fella that was working today, but he was pleasant and skilled as well.

Brought both kids in for bloodwork a few months apart and everything and everyone was awesome. Caring, efficient and made a nervous situation into an easy one.

I have been going to this lab just under 2 years now! They are hands down the absolute best!! Staff is extremely kind and professional! Love the woman who is literally there every time I go! I can’t remember her name at the moment but she is the reason everything runs so smoothly! I adore her personality and she always has a smile on the her face !!

I was in and out quickly and the phlebotomist did a good job finding my vein. However, I was treated so poorly by the front desk staff that I will not be returning. I did not bring a mask now that the mandate has been lifted for doctor offices and was told a mask was required. I said I didn’t know that and asked for one to use. Was told unapologetically and quite rudely by the front desk staff that they don’t have any and that I should have known to bring one because it says on their door masks are required (I couldn’t follow that logic as I obviously wasn’t able to see their front door until I got there for my apointment). I ended up wondering the halls of the building until I found a random office that was kind enough to lend me one. When I returned, I told the front desk staff that they should have masks available if they are mandatory and that I didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to. I then got “reprimanded” by another staff member who told me I shouldn’t be giving a hard time to the front desk receptionist because she is pregnant and that I should be quiet and not speak to her again. Mind you, this was humiliating and unprofessional because it was in front of other patients. First off, I couldn’t see she was pregnant from behind the desk and glass, and secondly, I’m a mom and understand pregnancy is tough but I do not think pregnancy should give an excuse to someone being rude to a patient. On my way out, I decided to take the high road and wished the front desk receptionist a good pregnancy and delivery…she rolled her eyes at me. Will never ever return.
