What a delightful experience it was coming to Sole Provisions, and Juliet deserves all the credit. I had been looking for ankle boots for a while, but could never find something that worked. Juliet was supremely helpful from the start, and gave the most personalized shoe shopping experience I've ever had-- measuring my feet, physically assisting with putting the boots on me, and giving advice for specific boot options that lined up with what I was looking for. Her knowledge and no-pressure approach made our entire time at Sole Provisions so comfortable, and I ended up leaving with an incredible pair of stylish, practical, high quality boots that checked all my boxes. Thank you!

I would give Daniel at Sole Provisions ten stars if I could. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what type of sneakers would be a best fit for my narrow feet, as well as suit my needs. Daniel is personable and patient. I highly recommend that you go to Sole Provisions to get fitted properly for sneakers. The selection is great and service is amazing!

I highly recommend Sole Provisions. Juliette was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They had great old school, shoe store feels. They measure your foot to ensure you’re sizing is correct and even recommend other shoes for your foot type. Amazing customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks, Juliette!

I had the best experience at Sole Provisions yesterday. I needed advice on which type of sneaker would work best with my foot issues (I have many!) William was extremely courteous, helpful and patient with the whole process. I have shopped here before, and it never disappoints. Sole Provisions is lucky to have such a wonderful, caring employee such as William.

This was my first experience going to sole provisions. I am a nurse and was referred to this store by one of my co-workers who had a wonderful experience. I went today and cannot rave more about William and Dan who helped me and took time finding the perfect sneaker for me. I will definitely be returning and referring my co-workers, family and friends to go as well. The time that William and Dan took with me was amazing and I left with the perfect sneaker for my needs.

This used to be my favorite store. I have been a good customer since they opened. I went in on July 26th and bought $800 dollars worth of sneakers for my wife and self, and was promised delivery within one week. After 2 additional trips to the store I was told the order can’t be canceled, and still no shoes. I have to wait for the shoes and then return them. 3 weeks later and still waiting….
Bought the same shoes in Dick’s and they were delivered in one day. Just be honest to future customers!

My daughter had foot surgery and needed to be fitted for new sneakers. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to find a pair of sneakers that fit her properly. We will definitely visit this store again!
