Best butcher in town. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Followed butcher's advice for cooking and roast was perfect. Butcher cut back bone before tying prime rib, which made carving a breeze.

Awesome selection of meats, and food. Great cold cuts !! Also got the " Lunch Box Special" Boars head cold cuts ( 1/2 lb. ham, 1/2 lb. turkey, 1/2 lb bologna, 1/2 lb. american & swiss) for under $20 !!The staff was great.. Kelly was concise and straight forward; a real NY er.
