Read all the negative reviews on this store before you go here. There’s one in Lindy and deer park and they’re great. These people are incredibly rude at this Babylon location. Avoid this location.
I can understand that it’s annoying that they have to return items to Amazon, but I don’t know the arrangement they have, or what box things go in. When Amazon directs me somewhere for a return it says no box or label needed, I assume no box or label needed. Well apparently I’m “stupid”. So I brought an item in and they wanted to charge me $18. I said it says right here no box needed. The dude starts actually yelling and then he says I can’t take this stupidity anymore. I go jeez man that was rude and he starts actually yelling “you’re calling me rude!!” Then some lady who works there comes from the back and starts yelling “just leave Steve” because he’s literally freaking out.
This was a large pillow mind you that I then just folded so it could fit in the box right in front of the lady who got the crazy dude to leave. I didn’t raise my voice or act disrespectful at all the entire time. I’m blown away by this place and how terrible they are. I understand being frustrated because you hate your job, but these people are just straight up wackos.

I been coming to this location for a few years now. BUSY place. Always very helpful no matter how busy. SPECIAL shot out to team member Colleen for her assistance. Very courteous, professional and helpful. Merry Christmas.

I Took the time to make an appointment for passport photo. Get to store and 3 people working. None of which new had to take the photo. One did say he would attempt to, but then said he couldn’t get the laptop on!!! Why make appointments when they clearly don’t even look at them. Also, they could have contacted me to let me know that they had to cancel the appointment due to untrained staff.

I was told a package would be $1100 to send. I went in, in person as well as an email an hour after I left. This package has to be insured for $22,000. I’m a professional Canon Member and I can only insure $10,000 through my job which we use ups and are a professional shipping facility. In the store I was treated unprofessionally and rude. I asked was there any other options the lady looked at me like I was bothering her. This store is dirty the signs are crooked and the front door needs some paint. I then went to Huntington station store. They were able to ship it for $700 less!! $700!! Super nice very professional and caring. The store is spotless and well organized. I would advise anyone to go there instead of this location. I hope this store gets the management and training Huntington has. However with seeing the other reviews and my own experience I wouldn’t even bother. What a shame they’re right by work and we ship over 200 packages a day.

The tall, disabled man is almost always rude. Today, he was huffing and puffing and kept getting angrier and giving me an attitude every time I didn’t understand him. Not sure who this man thinks he is acting this way, but he needs a reality check

This location has been absolutely amazing for me and my partner! We’ve been planning a cross country move and needed a cost efficient way to ship all of our stuff. We live in Copiague, but closer UPS stores did not seem as helpful when we called in with questions. However, Debbie from this location made the move seamless from start to end.
She was extremely patient and detailed when answering our inquiries, helped us estimate our shipping costs and needs (alongside Nick), and personally picked up our boxes (5 very heavy, extra large boxes)/furniture from our house at no charge. Debbie is very nice and saved us from a lot of headache. We definitely made the right decision going to this location, and I recommend it to anyone planning a cross country move!!

Steve…the notary threw my ID at me after I handed it to him. When I called him out on it...first he denied it. Then he said “That’s what they do in casinos.” What!? Horrible service. I’ll never be back. I wish I had of seen ALL these one star reviews before I set foot in the store.

Very friendly and willing to help! Helped me carry two large boxes to return for Amazon, it was very large and heavy but he went out of his way to help! Great service!
