I had the best customer service ever here. I went to see if a package of mine had been delivered there for pickup yet, and Fred
assisted me. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to locate the package and I was about to leave. But as I was pulling out, he actually ran outside to let me know it was just coming off of a mail truck they were unloading. He went above and beyond to make sure I was being helped and felt satisfied here. Fred deserves a huge raise!!

Narrow free parking lot and several spaces on roadway in front. Kind professional staff. Well stocked merchandise for sale & use. Clear labels and prices posted. Gift cards and many occasional cards found inside!

If i could give this place less than a 1 star i would. Absolutely awful experience, filed a claim for a package that they “lost” over 2 weeks ago, and all they told me was to open another claim that will take another 2 weeks for me to get my money back. Pathetic company, especially this branch. No help at all. I dont believe at all that my package was just lost, I believe it was stolen. Never come to this location or order anything using USPS Service again.

Very helpful staff! Whenever I’m sending out packages they always help me find the cheapest options to mail as far as flat rate boxes and mailers.

Seems like no one is using USPS lately so the line is not the problem. The concern that I had was that I was forced to use a larger box than necessary because flat rate boxes were not available. Ended up costing me much more than it should have had I had the correct sized box . A waste all around.

PO Box area doesnt adhere to hours posted. Door says ‘til 5:45, and the door was locked before 5:40. Don’t they know people work? Why is this area locked when it’s SELF SERVICE?!?

this office Now for P.O. Box service no more 24/7 they open 7am till 7pm I work 6 am NYC back home after 7 pm include the weekend now new system is no for working people !! I decided change to Lindenhurst P.O Box is 24/7 just need any credit card for open the door Babylon Post office is the Botton the barrel..

About 8 years ago this post office was a pleasure to use. As of today, majority of the staff is discourteous, inattentive, and unmotivated. They are unable to help with lost packages, and will respond to requests quite unmannerly. They are often gruff and do not stock up on postal specific packaging. Poor service....

Absolutely horrible experience, so I went there to ship a very small box not even 3 pounds and I needed just 1 thin strip of tape. The lady behind the counter had rolls and rolls of tape right next to her and I asked if I could just have 1 strip for my box and the lady had such a nasty attitude towards me and told me “No you can buy a strip of tape right behind you we can’t give you tape” and I said I just needed 1 tiny strip of tape and she really had such a problem with that and wouldn’t give me a piece, (at UPS they will provide tape you with a piece of tape if need be). Then she proceeds to tell me that I have to write the name and address of the person on the box and she was very unclear about it with such an attitude, I just left I was not dealing with her nasty attitude and even the person that went before me couldn’t understand her as she was mumbling her words and had music playing in her ear with AirPods on. I will never be going back there, someone needs to seriously fix that place up and hire competent and responsible respectful staff because it’s Definitely not there.
