“Had a specific reason to contact SCFU for online assistance. Reached one rep who was pleasant, but not helpful at all. Called back and reached Jason G from Call Center in Bainbridge. He was great! I had previously wasted precious time on hold and with other rep. Bank closes at noon on Sat. Jason picked up the call after noon and did everything possible to correct what appeared to be a programing error for a bank service. He worked with me well after closing time. Will continue his quest on Mon morning with a follow-up to his work and feed back to me. Was wonderful to interact with a bright individual who actually cares about his job and the customer. Thanks, Jason. You made my day!”
