i signed up for myself and my marine veteran son and paid 125$ online. Then had to call to make an "appointment" to what I was told on the phone was to pick up "our" key cards. I missed the first "appointment" because I overslept because I was up until 4am with my 1yr old grandson. Rescheduled but couldn't make appointment because my car broke down. so I was told that they would be there after 5:30. I was on my way when I received a text from Anna saying they would only wait 10 more minutes and then they were leaving! and "this is the 3rd time "! now I'm sorry but that extra little bullshit attitude comment was totally unnecessary!!!!!! and then I get attitude when I get there and a whole Spiel of how they don't run this gym for business purposes because they obviously have enough money and only do the gym thing as a hobby. excellent I'm so glad to know that because not everyone can afford t just own a business just for a damn hobby. I told them twice that they can just refund my money if I have caused them oh so much hobby time but he insisted on just getting me my keycard. then tells me my son has to come get his own keycard. which was never told to me until that momenT. so now my son has to call to make an appointment. anyway I'm sick of writing about this and have missed a few details and I'm getting irritated because they have not responded to me since I sent them a message about when my son can come get his keycard.

I had joined in February. . Thinking I was able to get back to working out after a long battle with my health. I got a membership for my self and my partner. End of February i found out I wasn't able to work out and was sick and had a procedure done. I had called no response. Emailed on the 3rd that I would like to cancel do to unforseen health issues. No response.. I was charged for March..I was also charged more then my contract stated. Emailed several times. Finally with a rude response: " I'll look into it" now neither myself or my partner used our membership in March at all as he was caring for me. When asked for a full refund I was told no .that I would receive a courtesy when I re enrolled on the start up fee. I then said as a courtesy I should be refunded as I attempted to cancel and no one got back to me. And I was unable to leave my home. She then said I will refund yours and not your partners as he wasn't sick.( as he was home to care for me). Keep in mind they can see neither of us used the membership in March. I find that greedy and very rude and uncompassionate to my situation. For 40 bucks you'd rather be rude and lose a customer.

I am so happy with My Home Gym! They have more machines than I could ever use, but not over crowded. It is very clean and the people are respectful of one another; also the outside lighting and key card access allow me to feel safe!

The place is great .. very nice n the owner were very friendly ? it's great place to go to if u live near by has so many workout rooms n all equipment it clean n nice.. n the monthly fee is not bad at all I do recommend this place it's also very peaceful and people are so friendly ..

Great staff, lots of room and tons of nice new equipment. The energy here is upbeat, respectful and hands off. (People here give you the space to do your thing). Decent prices.. Highly recommend.
