WOW I was treated so well by Tommy B. He was kind, informative and speedy. I greatly appreciated him hearing what was going on and coming to help right away. I am happy I switched to KeyBank, this was my first experience in a KeyBank branch and was I very impressed. Thank you Tommy B. Great work! :)

Staff is great especially Renee, I did not open my accounts with them but they have become my primary bank for my business and personal accounts. They have gone above and beyond to help me out not only with my banking but my business. They make it personal and that's what I love about them, they care and want to help. Every time I walk in it's always smiling laughing and an amazing greeting. I'm so happy and grateful that I found this branch. I would definitely recommend to anyone, extremely helpful, positive and Professional!

Very unprofessional staff. Had an issue that needed to be resolved as Key Bank Customer Service stated they could not resolve via telephone. Called Branch on 10/14 in the morning, initially were very responsive, but did not know how to resolve my problem, stated would call me back in 15 minutes after she spoke with her supervisor. This is where it went down hill - I called back a few hours later ( as nobody called me back) asking for the said woman I spoke to earlier who was suppose to be assisting me, to which she had someone tell me over the phone (not herself) that she was still waiting on her supervisor and that she was being held up by this person. No call back for the rest of the day, I called again around 3pm before the branch closed for the day, no answer so I left a voicemail explaining the situation asking if someone could please get back to me....Jump to no response until Tuesday 10/18, I receive a call from the Manager of the Branch responding to my voicemail asking if my issue has been resolved. I call back almost immediately and am told she will have to call me back because she is in a conference call. Needless to say she has not called me back. This kind of behavior and customer service is unacceptable.
