“Generally very happy. Never had any issues until today. I was only worried about one thing which was my insurance. I began a new job, so lost my old insurance, and won't get new coverage for 3 months, so was trying to stay on top of that today as I know that can be problematic around refill time, which it just so happens to be. I am fairly new to the pharmacy, and the system, so I did the online, but was not sure if that worked, so ended up calling to check to see cost, and when to pick up because also was not sure about timing. Was spoken to very abruptly and told "WHEN we refill it, it will be xx amount of dollars." Sadly, I feel like it just comes with the stigma of what the medication happens to be. I have worked in healthcare many years, so I see it all the time. Otherwise, the cashiers have always been so friendly, and helpful, and it really is a beautiful store. They have literally everything you could possibly need. Love their little candy section too! It's a great small town pharmacy, and a break from the big chains.”

Irene and the team at CVS in Target—Mount Kisco, NY—should be recognized for always going above and beyond. If I had to choose one of the other two CVS options, I would find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.”

Manger Carlos was very helpful I was looking for a viral needoh squishy for my daughter which is trending on tik tok he took the time to go to the back to look and actually found it . “Not a bad establishment for "quick stop" conveniences for cards, gifts, and other "good junk" to make your basket surprisingly total over $50! The store is brigHtly lit, isles are clearly marked with signage, and the store I found it to be clean. I will be returning in the near future as there's always something to be needed and/or forgotten to be purchased elsewhere. The ONLY drawback that I witnessed was for a Sunday late morning - afternoon, the line was forming quickly with a minimum of 10 customers. It was only then that they assigned another casshier to the front register. For a brief moment, the credit card system went "down" - can happen to any store. This latest under 15 minutes.”

“I transferred my prescriptions here after Rite Aid closed because my wife was already using the Stop & Shop Pharmacy. At first, I was a little skeptical. Since the pharmacy is located inside a supermarket, I assumed it might feel less personal or professional than a traditional drugstore. After using them for several months, I can honestly say that my first impression was completely wrong.
The pharmacists and staff have taken the time to get to know both my wife and me. They remember who we are, are familiar with our prescriptions, and always greet us in a friendly and professional manner. That personal recognition makes a tremendous difference, especially when you are managing prescriptions for more than one person.
What I appreciate most is that I never feel as though I am bothering them. Even when there is a problem with a prescription, a refill request, insurance approval, or communication with a doctor’s office, they remain patient and helpful. They explain what is happening, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and do their best to find a solution. At other pharmacies, I sometimes felt like asking for assistance was an imposition. I have never felt that way here.
The entire staff manages to provide the personal attention of a neighborhood pharmacy while still offering the convenience of being located inside a supermarket. Transferring my prescriptions here turned out to be an excellent decision. Their friendliness, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for their customers have made every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy and am very grateful for the care they provide.”
