Great yoga studio- classic, warm and welcoming, and no single prescribed style or gimmicks. I've taken multiple classes with Christine and Danielle and it's always a great class, welcoming for all!

As someone new to Yoga, I absolutely felt at home, comfortable, and capable of keeping up. I've never had a bad yoga class. The instructors are not only friendly but highly trained and helpful. This is my Yoga studio!
