Sales person by the name of Carter approached me and asked me if I needed help. He was so helpful because I would’ve bought the wrong materials. I really appreciated his help. This store is always very clean and neat and well stocked. cashiers are always efficient

Waited over 10 minutes for keys and I eventually had to get an Associate as the person who makes the keys forgot I was waiting.

Visit Date: December 7, 2024
This visit revolves around a kind employee and a much needed bathroom for my son. I have an 8 year old. When he has to go, he's got to go. I was driving with him and he had to pee. A gas station denied us a bathroom, CVS in Baldwin Harbor on Atlantic Ave denied us a bathroom and I yelled at them. So we walked into Ace. The employee said their bathroom was also down but that my son could use the employee bathroom. So I got my kid to the bathroom forever grateful to the Ace employee behind the counter. I don't know his name, but he deserves some kind of recognition and award for his kindness.
After my son used the restroom we looked around and I ended up buying a candy bar just to give the store some business in return for their kindness. The employee was also extra nice because he listened to my son prattle on about our bathroom saga lol
