RUN! DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGICAL SUPPLY. I always like to support the small businesses in my community and Tried to get medical equipment from this place, but could not even get started. Joanna, the woman on the phone was exceptionally disrespectful. I work in the medical field and never in my life I've encountered someone as unprofessional and rude. She had no knowledge of what she was doing, she was requesting a COMPLETE medical record from my mom's doctor, instead of the last visit notes. I asked her to please fax us the CMN so we can give it to the doctor, she refused so by saying: she'll do it when she is ready for that, not when I (the customer) wants that form. I asked her several times: WHY did she need a copy of my mom's complete record? She yelled: because that's what Medicare needs for a bed (not true).I requested to speak with the owner or anyone else but her and she screamed that "she manages the place and it's either her OR THE DOOR".The whole time she kept yelling and speaking over me, like if she was on the street. I was left in disbelief! I get that people can have bad days and all, but her behavior left a lot to be desired. How can someone allow a person like her to run a business? God knows how many prospective clients the owner has lost because of this beast! I ended up calling a bigger chain. All forms were faxed to me within 5 minutes. The doctor took care of the paperwork that was needed, bed was scheduled to come in a couple of days.

RUN! This place is run by scam artists. I went in there after getting a prescription for a knee brace. When I went inside, everything looked legitimate. I spoke with the woman who was running the place, and happened to be the only one in there. I explained to her that I needed a custom orthodox knee brace and that I had insurance. She said they accepted all insurances and told me they had a one size fits all knee brace. She showed it to me but did not let me try it on. Desperate for the brace I gave her my insurance info and she told me to come back in 3 days because they had to order the brace. I went and picked it up 3 days later. Fast forward a month and there is $750 outstanding claim at my insurance for the brace! $750?! The brace costs no more than $60 dollars. I am baffled. How can they scam me out of $700 dollars? I have gone ahead and fought the claim but take my advice. NEVER GO INTO THIS PLACE! They are not in anyway legitimate. They are complete crooks.
