“Great customer service experience today in Best Buy. Bought a new apple device and wanted to transfer data from old device. We didn't have a Geek Squad appointment, but because we were willing to wait a bit and let them work it out, the staff found a way to accommodate us without having us "cut the line" in front of people who had appointments. Every person we interacted with, from the greeter to the sales floor to Geek Squad, to checkout was polite, articulate, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!”
