Today my family had to shop for a microwave and stove. Richard was absolutely amazing and was very knowledgeable about products and perks with our membership! He wasted no time and gave excellent customer services! Thanks Richard for your great customer service!!

Arrived at the Baldwin Best Buy in the early afternoon to purchase a universal charger. I was directed to Julien who was extremely helpful. When I expressed concern about the cost, he took his time and located an alternative. Great customer service! Thank you Julien!

We went to get mom a new cellphone, her old phone was having issues. Taariq came to assist us. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to Best Buy and seek him out. You won't regret it.
