what a disappointing branch. One teller with 5 people on line waiting , while the other staff just go about their business ignoring the customers. Customers DO NOT come first at this branch, and they don't seem to care If they alienate all their customers. In the South Hempstead and the Freeport branches, if the line gets long, the other staff come to help, even the manager, but not here.

What a horrible branch. There were 4 people on line with only 1 teller, who had a customer. And the teller was with that customer for the whole 20 minutes I waited. There were several other banking employees that walked around here and there, but none of them bothered to come and help with the people on the waiting line. .The manager just stood there by the front looking somewhat amused.

This place is completely ridiculous. Confirmed appointment for a notary and upon arrival told there is no notary and that they were “trying to call me” I informed them I had my phone on me all day and they gave a convoluted and vague “system issue” answer. So much for trying. After wasting my time, they have the audacity to ask if I want to bank with them. Like I said, ridiculous

This is the worse branch ever!!! They make you wait for over an hour each time and the main man that works the front has an attitude problem all the time!! I would never go into that branch again!!!! I waited for over an hour for them to tell me to call customer service !!!! I’m about to remove all of my as counts from Bank of America!!!! Terrible customer service all the time and not enough workers !!!!!

Why bother making an appointment with a specific individual only to get there on time and still have to wait 10 mins for help? I had a bad experience with my account after being charged for a maintenance fee without any knowledge that the account would incur a fee. I banked with Bank of America for 4 years with no problem. After noticing a maintenance fee in my account, I contacted customer service to assist. The rep was unable to show me where to find my account details which would show the terms of the account that incurred the fee. I decided to close the 2 accounts I have at BofA. The rep told me I would need to go to the branch to close of only accounts. I made an appointment online to an attempt to get in and out of the back as quick as possible. I notified them right away that I had an appointment and was told the person I had an appointment with was with someone else. After waiting over 10 mins the same guy I spoke to initially ended up helping me. He closed my account and I still had to wait online at the teller to get my money from my account. Glad I closed my accounts and will have to need to bank here any longer.

There is a young male teller he is amazing always remembers me when I come I come at least 3 times a week I like when hes there because its nice that they remember you the tall male manager there had a major attitude problem

The Male teller I'm not sure of his name hes probably like 20 something is the nicest teller he Is so nice and remembers you which is nice the manager is ok he acts like hes above everyone and. Ot very personable AT ALL I'm not sure how hes still there but the teller is the reason why still go here

Bank itself is fine. If you want to use the drive-thru atm on a Friday tho... you'd have better odds of getting the ice cream you ordered at McDonalds. 4 inch thick bullet proof glass around the tellers serves as a good reminder how "Beautiful" Baldwin really is.
