Brandon Hodges and Rina Zavala are the best tandem in Chase Bank if you need next level customer service from knowledgeable, seasoned veterans in Private banking.I am amazed by how detail-oriented the staff is at the Baldwin branch on Grand Avenue.I have received nothing but A1 service since I've been going to this branch.From Pateice Reignier to the current Branch Manager,John.They make you feel like family and secure in investing my money there.

Horrible customer experience. Waited 1 hour just for the employee to take me to the office and tell me she will have to make me sit back out to wait because she has appointments. I waited patiently for about 1 hour and I didn’t even get to sit in her office for 5 minutes. 2 Other employees barged into the office as I was sitting there to ask for help and to tell her that her appointments were in and she spoke down to them regarding issues they were asking about. Overall I would never go back to that branch. It felt like I was being kicked out and the issue I had was not important at all.

I absolutely love the Baldwin branch.
The Client Service Representatives are fully knowledgeable of the Chase products. Based on a high level description of my needs to the representative, the best Chase account was identified and the account opened in under 10 minutes.
Shoutout to Katherine who identified, clearly explained and completed the request.
Very happy.

Excellent managerial skills, I wasn't expecting the manager to call but he was ensuring the matter was handled appropriately and for any necessary suggestions. Calling checking on customers has been the practice of the bank manager at this local branch. The managers at Baldwin branch are exceptional.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is with them. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have two indoor ATM's. Big parking lot in the front.

You guys need to open the bank this is ridiculous that we have to wait 30 min on average for your bank tellers to help drive through customers this is pure insanity and lack of respect for your customers. Drive thru is so slow paint would dry faster
