The CVS at the Baldwin Harbor mall is always a pleasant experience whether I’m using the pharmacy or shopping for something. I love CVS pharmacies in general because their coupons and savings are amazing in comparison to any other. You can actually pay nothing for an item using CVS Reward Bucks! It’s sweet when that happens!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the CVS Pharmacy store located at 951 Atlantic Ave, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere.First and foremost, the store's location is incredibly convenient. Situated on Atlantic Ave, it is easily accessible and provides ample parking, making it hassle-free to run quick errands or pick up prescriptions. The proximity to residential areas and other businesses is a major plus, as it saves valuable time and effort.The staff at this CVS location is outstanding. The employees were knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me. Whether I had questions about a product or needed guidance with finding specific items, they were always ready to lend a hand. Their dedication to customer service truly sets them apart from other pharmacies. A kind young man named Alvin assististed me.Furthermore, the pharmacy department at CVS deserves special recognition. The pharmacists were not only professional and efficient but also took the time to address my concerns and explain the medications I needed. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me peace of mind, knowing that I was in capable hands.Additionally, I appreciate the various services offered at this CVS location. The convenient drive-thru pharmacy service makes prescription pick-ups quick and easy, particularly for those with limited mobility or a busy schedule.Overall, I highly recommend the CVS Pharmacy store at 951 Atlantic Ave. The exceptional service, convenient location, knowledgeable staff, and well-organized store layout make it a top-notch destination for all of your pharmaceutical and personal care needs. I will definitely be returning for all my future prescriptions.

This pharmacy used to be good up until about a year ago. The new pharmacist is absolutely terrible. Seems to take pleasure in telling you she is out of the prescription you need. She does this with a sarcastic smile on her face. Cvs is done stores are closing they never have what you need anymore. The help doesn't know what they are doing. It like they pulled people off the street to work here. I will no longer shop at cvs, they are absolutely the worst. To bad you can't give zero stars.

Their drive through is almost always closed. We go inside we ask hey is the drive through a functioning drive through? Oh yes absolutely when someone is working drive through is open . Next time I go through drive through window is of course closed:-(

I’ve been using CVS for years and years.They had a pretty good track record as far as I’m concerned.. Fully stocked shelves, new items coming in regularly, bargains and discounts all the time.As of the past three or four years CVS has declined on a steady basis. Less an less on the shelves, nothing new coming in. In fact CVS has eliminated a lot of common items l’d buy on a regular basis.Prices CONSTANTLY on the rise! And I mean to the point of price gouging! Close to six bucks for a gallon of milk, four dollars for a ten ounce bag of frozen corn, five + for a small jar of peanut butter, and so fourth! I can get many of these items CHEAPER at 7-Eleven, a store known for its astronomically ridiculous prices!Used to be in there almost every day! Now I may hit CVS once a month.... That’s how bad things have gotten at CVS!HOW’S THIS FOR PRICE GOUGING?13 dollars for a 12 oz. package of bacon....I can get a 16 oz. package at the Supermarket for about 5 bucks!A 2.7 rating!! Kind of tells you something!

This is worst pharmacy to go to. I would give it a zero star but it is not an option. I called about my medication at 4pm and was told it was ready. I go to pick up my medicine at 730pm to be told one is not ready. I had to wait or come back. I couldn't wait. Then they don't open until 9am. Not convenient hours for people that work. The hours used to be convenient. Now I have to wait until after 5 pm tomorrow to start my medication. CVS need to have people that are sympathetic to people who needs their medication. This is not the first time this has happened. Then when you call you are on hold forever. When you go there it's always a long line and one person at the counter. Horrible customer service. I will not be sending my prescriptions there ever again. Who ever is handling this store needs to clean it up and get responsible workers in the pharmacy and more front people to work and help others, not always directing them to self check out.

Horrible…never answer the phone …always have to order my prescriptions… they closed the store on merrick rd in Baldwin and this is what we got… time to change to another franchise

Got to the pharmacy at 9am, when it was supposed to open. The pharmacist didn’t arrive so I waited for 30 minutes. Finally the manager told us the pharmacist went to the wrong store & would arrive by 10. I felt so bad for the elderly ladies waiting with me. I just left. Thinking about transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Why does it take five days to fill a prescription for a cream? They don’t follow up. No one tells you what is going on. Twenty minutes on the phone just to figure out why a prescription still hasn’t been filled. Then find out it was just put aside and no one does nothing. This used to be a good pharmacy. Now it has just become a pharmacy of overworked incompetents. Let’s not forget when they gave my other prescriptions to a total stranger to take home. Then they couldn’t figure out who they gave it to for over a day. It’s time to find another pharmacy.

I have to use the self checkout every time I visit the store. Every single time, I have to wait for assistance as the items are not in the system orthe price is incorrect. You might as well just leave person at cash register.

The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are usually very busy. This location had some technical difficulties last week and had to close their doors to customers, but I called because I needed to begin my prescription immediately, the pharmacy tech opened the door and promptly assisted me in getting my prescription. Good customer service makes a difference!

The store is fine, but there was only one (1) associate working there... And it was during the day. When I inquired about checking the stock room for the item I needed, she told me she was the only one working...

I just left this location because of the rude service we received. Sean the supposed manager was completely out of place when I attempted to show him a coupon from my phone when the CVS card was on my husband's app. Sean/Shawn immediately became combative and asked why I was looking on my phone instead of my husband's. I showed him the coupon for Cokes 3/$9. He said it was for a 12 pack for $3. Yes Sean 3 12 packs for $3 each, I asked if there was a problem and why he had an attitude. His attitude was quite dismissive and not at all helpful. I asked for his full name, he refused to give it to me. I asked for the manager and he said he was it. I tried to speak to him to discourage him from treating customers especially those that like him so poorly and he walked away. I told him he sucked and went to ask the pharmacy staff his name. They said they did not know it. I told Sean that I would contact the corporate office. A customer approached me in the parking lot and said that today was the last time in this store because Sean is always like that. He also said that Sean who is black always follows black people around like they are thieves and he hoped that I actually followed through with corporate.. Sean/Shawn you picked the wrong one today. Had you shown one ounce of respect you would have realized you that your ignorance is the enemy and not me. You and your attitude really do need an adjustment. I will be in touch with the actual store manager Michael Demmett, as well as CVS corporate offices. A lesser person would have cursed you out or tore the store up, be happy I'm not that person but simply a loyal CVS customer who wanted a good deal on Coca Cola. Big mistake Sean/Shawn, bad customer service is my kryptonite. One star because I can't post with less. Consider it my gift.
