My prescription was put in (I was on 1mg once daily) then it was changed to 3 times a day and the same mg. The pharmacist gave me an issue saying for some reason this isn’t something that is supposed to be done but I’ve had my medications changed many times in the past. She is making it difficult for me and making my disorder worse with the anxiety she is giving me about the change in medication and I don’t think she fully understands as she’s not my psychiatrist and has no say in what I am prescribed. Very dissatisfied with how she is handling this situation. She should not be working there if her knowledge of these things are so poor

CVS in Baldwin Long Island , horrible, these cvs chain stores all look dinghy the rugs in the store are filthy, they put all the isle to close together no room to walk around, .. no employees in the store no cashiers , they want you to check yourself out .. i already have a job i dont Need to do theirs then they watch you like you’re going to steal . Freeport store is no different. You ask for help and its like you are bothering them .. they hide ,no pride no human factor in the stores.. I’m going back to mom and pop pharmacy

This guy can’t help the customers in the counter. But had time to follow me everywhere and was talking on the phone. When I went to pay he could not be the counter tho. Lol. I’m doing the review on the spot. Bad service. Shouldn’t be on the phone while working. Pay attention if someone needs information to find something. I did but I guess not your job.

Gloria Suffo, the pharmacy manager. She is probably the biggest reason we avoid shopping at our local CVS anymore. She is definitely the worst pharmacist I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Also, the store never has enough workers on the registers and make you use self checkout. When I have several items I don't want to use self checkout. Plus now they have a person supervising the self checkout. The last time I used it she wanted to review my receipt. Are you serious? If you don't trust me than ring my stuff up. Trying to turn customers into employees and THEN want to review my work? GTFOOH. Pay me and give me benefits. CVS is supposed to be Customer Value Service. It's now just become a negative experience every time I'm in there. In all fairness there are a couple of nice employees but their whole customer service model is now terrible. So many people just accept it as it is what it is, but it is not. With so many things costing more at least you should be treated as a person and not a thief, or drug addict, or an employee. So we decided to start using Walgreens on Grand Ave So far it seems to be a much better experience.
