“Went to iFixScreens in Hicksville to repair the screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Artie had the phone diagnosed in less than 10 min (to be sure it was the screen that was the issue, which it was) and had a new screen installed in 15-20 min. The reason it’s not only there but also doing well is because Tommy handles each customer personally, he takes his time to actually speak to people, find out what their issues are and then does what he does best quickly and efficiently to rectify them. Tommy is a true gentleman! And unfortunately, these days, there aren’t many of those left. Well, not in this case.
