“Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”
“Milin came to my house to troubleshoot a problem between my Hisense TV and Hisense sound bar. After extensive testing he was able to determine that the problem was actually with my Amazon cube. The cube had a ground issue which was causing the sound bar not to work. Milin was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this company.”

“Honest, helpful, and straightforward. My iPad wasn’t working and Apple, not surprisingly, said they couldn’t fix it. He told me straight up that if it is the battery that he wouldn’t recommend fixing it and it probably makes more sense to buy a new one. I appreciate the honesty. Luckily, it wasn’t the battery, and after tinkering with it for a bit it charged and holds said charge. Highly recommend at least bringing your device here before giving up on it.”

“John was absolutely incredible. He fixed my very rare Bose 360 turntable right then and there. No drop off waiting at all. Not only that, he could sense that I was really into audio but not quite an audiophile yet, so he was super cool and was explaining what he was doing while he was fixing it. It’s was honestly fascinating to watch. There are not many people like John out there and they are becoming even more few and far between as the digital age keeps expanding and analog becomes more obsolete. After months of tirelessly searching for a computer technician for some sensitive natured computer services and refusing to use Google because of past bad experiences I gave in to Google and found Jeron. I was still cautious and skeptical at first but then I surrendered to God to guide this project. I called Jeron we spoke about what was needed he was very calm and blunt which was slightly intimidating for me but I trusted him because his business etiquette seemed solid and most of all fair. I am tech savvy and i did troubleshoot the task myself prior so i know it as a job that could have taken a day to a week or so. This guy did it in hours-less than one day! I won't say the cost but I'd say he's very fair, understanding, real and flexible. So give him a chance, he is a hidden gem trying to do his thing.”
