GNC is the absolute worst! I placed an order since December 29th for Oregano oil and vitamin D and still have not received it to date.I told them cancel the items because I never received it and it’s taking too long to arrive and requested a refund. The lady told me I cannot receive a refund and the item already shipped and I have to send it back AND on top of that I will have to pay to send it back through UPS. Like are you kidding me?Whether or not it’s the shipping company’s fault that the shipment is late etc why should the customer have to pay to ship it back? That’s unethical.I will NEVER be using Gnc again. I’ll support small businesses and buy my oregano oil. Can’t deal with incompetence.

NEWPeople buy products from different websites like Amazon and try to rerun in store for full price with out receipt . In case the gnc employees don’t give the return they leave bad reviews and one star. It’s happened to me when I worked in gnc.

DO NOT COME HERE! 1st time I came here, maybe a year ago .. they told me I couldn't return an online order. They lied and told me they aren't a corporate store so they have their own return policy, which is exchange only... then I was in the area today, and needed to return another online order. I called them 1st bc i remember having an issue with them but I didn't remember exactly what the issue was. They first asked me was it a big order and i said no just 2 protein powders , then told me they can't do return and exchage is better bc 2 protein powders is too much to return ans it's exchange only.

DO NOT COME HERE! Made a online purchase and the only person working in the entire store flat out said “I cannot make any returns here”. Return policy clearly states returns can be made at any GNC store and the employee lied and said “This is not a Corporate store”.

Do not place an order to ship to this store. They refused it so my order was cancelled. Thought he would lose out on inventory even though it comes from the GNC warehouse in Queens. Had to reorder and ship to my home. Avoid this store.

How is this location even open??? I refuse to ever shop here as they never have any products I'm looking for. One of the WORST Gnc stores I've been to. Walking in compared to other GNCs ,The store shelves are practically empty. Went looking for a c4 smart energy drink promo item that Gnc had on sale but the man behind the counter said he wasn't even familiar with the product and they didn't have any of it at this location. They didn't even have any of the regular c4 energy drinks or practically any energy drinks for that matter. Honestly the store looks like it's still trapped in the 90s as they don't have any new products. Went to the Gnc on Long Beach Rd in Oceanside and found exactly what I was looking for. Seriously how in the world is the Gnc on Grand Ave in Baldwin still open??? I don't know how anyone would ever shop there with the shelves being empty half the time. No wonder why GNC is dying a slow death ! Sadly I see them declaring bankruptcy really soon. Avoid at all costs. Easier with much less aggravation to just buy what you need online.
